
The Virtual Procedures Office has two types of information on the citizens and companies it serves: personal data and information on procedures and actions.

You can see your personal and contact data on the Personalise page of My folder. Username/password users can also change their identification data.

You can view the status of a procedure in Procedure and action status. You will need to enter the identifying code. Once the procedure status has been displayed, you can display details of the procedure by entering the same information used in the procedure application (NIF/NIE/passport and country of issue, or CIF, e-mail and telephone number).

The Queries, complaints and suggestions option can be found under Office Services. You can also lodge a complaint from the relevant page of My folder.

The Virtual Procedures Offices accepts digital certificates issued by all of the certification bodies classified by the Catalan Certification Agency (CATCERT).

Yes. You can see the status of a procedure using its identifying code.

In the Procedures block of the main browsing menu, on the left of the screen, click on By subject to get to a screen where you can choose the subject category you need. You can also select the type of procedure you want.
The selector filters results when you are browsing by subject. By changing the combinations in the selector, you can display only procedures that match the criteria entered.
The search engine interprets the meaning of your natural-language query and looks for the procedure that best matches it, using a natural-language semantic interpretation system.
